It is so cliched, melodramatic and Bollywood that it felt normal. If it was a girl-boy story everything would have been the same. Instead of feeling repulsive to homosexuality it could have been caste or social status. (Funny isn’t it? What is normal and what isn’t.)
It is a good way to introduce friends and family to LBGTQ. There are some silent powerful lines. Remember though that the idea was not to support, aid or sensitise anyone, its a series and that’s all. #emotional #cute #teen #gay The chemistry between the characters is amazing, there isn't a hint if awkwardness between the lead actors be it soft romantic scenes or the kissing scenes.
