GodZilla was definitely the most anticipated summer movie for many and it does deliver. Yes its a Monster+Disaster Summer popcorn flick which should not be getting a score more than 8, but the magnanimous presence of Godzilla adds the +2 points ;) The success of Godzilla lies in the art of creating a build up, the art of creating the tension, and the atmosphere. It was not the first time you were watching mega monster invading a city, but still the makers managed to create the anticipation. It is just not a Monster vs Monster movie.
